CFAA distribution list
Criminal fine and assessment (CFAA) account dollars are distributed monthly: 67.43 percent to the state's General Fund and 32.57 percent to the CFAA Public Safety Fund.

The monthly balance of the CFAA Public Safety Fund is distributed to agencies based on a biennial allotment plan for 2005-07. The plan guarantees certain agencies a quarterly minimum amount of dollars, and all agencies are capped at a maximum amount of dollars distributed in the biennium. If more money is deposited in the CFAA Public Safety Fund than is distributed, the account balance is carried forward to the next month. If less money is in the CFAA Public Safety Fund than is to be distributed, any debt service is paid first and the distributions are reduced proportionately.

This is a list of agencies and programs that receive money from the CFAA Public Safety Fund and the amount of their biennial limit.
