tax professionals File your 2011 state corporate taxes when you file with the IRS
We are now accepting 2011 electronically filed corporate returns on the same date as the IRS. We will continue accepting electronically filed 2009 and 2010 corporate returns as well. E-filing continues to be the fastest and most efficient way to process your clients' tax returns.

Effective for calendar year 2011, all businesses and payroll service providers are required to report W-2 information electronically.

Oregon is tied to the federal definition of taxable income with the exceptions of Federal subsidies for prescription drug plans and income from domestic production activities (or "QPAI").

The Department of Revenue meets with tax practitioners the fourth Friday of April, July, and October, and the first Friday in December. Meetings are open to all tax practitioners.
