Unclaimed refund checks: Search this list to see if you have an unclaimed refund check. If you find your name on the list, complete an Unclaimed Check Request. We will send you your refund check and correct your address in our records.
If your name is not on the list but you want to change your address, complete a Change of Address/Name. If we don't have your current address, you won't get a refund check; the post office returns undeliverable refund checks to us.
