  • Surplus Property Adds Towing Services
    Truck & Trailer
    The State and Federal Surplus Property Program introduces the ability to provide towing services for agency and online customers located within the Willamette Valley and surrounding communities. The use of a three-vehicle, triple axle trailer enables the program to provide these services in a more reasonable and cost effective manner, saving agencies and online customers money in the process.

State Surplus Property Program
This program provides property reutilization services to state agencies and intergovernmental partners, as well as acquisition services to state agencies, local governments and qualified non-profit organizations.
Law Enforcement Support Office (LESO)
The "1033" program allows Oregon law enforcement agencies (LEAs) to acquire surplus military equipment from the U.S. Department of Defense, and the "1122" program allows Oregon LEAs to take advantage of federal contracts when acquiring new law enforcement-related equipment & supplies.**

**An annual service fee applies to Oregon LEAs who wish to take advantage of this program.

Due to state budget reductions, the Department of Administrative Services will be closed on Friday, May 25. DAS offices will re-open on Tuesday, May 29 following the Memorial Day holiday. Thank you for your patience.

The "General Store"
General Store
The Surplus Property General Store is a daily cash and carry area located at the main Property Distribution Center. The general store typically contains items such as bicycles, desks, office chairs, file cabinets, etc. The public is welcome to shop Monday-Friday 1 - 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays and state furlough days. These hours are also set aside for inspection, payment and pick up of items won online. Surplus Property accepts Visa/Mastercard (not for vehicles or heavy equipment), cash (If paying in person only), Money Orders and Cashier's Checks. Personal and business checks cannot be accepted.
