The Department of Administrative Services (DAS) State Procurement Office (SPO) developed OAR 125-246 through 249, DAS Public Contracting Rules, for state agencies subject to DAS authority (Agencies). The Model Rules do not apply to DAS or these Agencies.

| III. The Attorney General's Model Public Contract Rules |
|
The Department of Justice (DOJ) developed Model Public Contract Rules to implement the Code for public agencies excluding Agencies described above. These Model Rules were initially filed in September, 2004, and have been modified thereafter.

| V. HIPAA Rules |
|
Temporary Rules for HIPAA Chapter 125 Division 055-0100 were filed on July 26, 2010 and will expire on January 19, 2011 or upon the filing of the permanent Rule.
