| Rental Rates |
|
All rental rates include depreciation and overhead as a fixed charge.
Short-term rental rates include the cost of maintenance/repair; long-term (more than 30 days) vehicle rates do not. For long-term vehicles, these charges are billed back as incurred.
Fuel costs are billed back to the customer for both short-term and long-term vehicles.

In addition to the Salem Motor Pool, DAS Fleet manages over 40 remote fueling locations statewide, including State Parks and Correctional Institutions.
