The State Controller’s Division (SCD) prides itself on being a low cost service provider of accounting, payroll, and related financial services to Oregon state government.  Thank you for taking time to visit our web site. 
 
The SCD is constantly looking for ways to lower cost and make continuous improvements in the design and delivery of our services.  To facilitate input from our customers, we have created a special email suggestion box.  We welcome your ideas to help SCD lower the cost of our services or implement improvements that provide a significant return on the investment of taxpayer resources and generate state agency interest to finance those improvements.

We ask that all suggestions be specific to SCD services and/or systems.
 
The State Controller’s Division will not be able to respond to every idea and suggestion, but please know that each idea or suggestion we receive will be taken seriously and garner review and evaluation by an appropriate manager within our organization.  Over the years our Division has made hundreds of improvements to policies, systems, processes, and procedures all for the benefit of our customers, stakeholders, and in lowering the cost of our economic burden on state government.
