Changes to OSPA for PEBB 2012

State Employee W-2 Resources
When will I get my W-2?
Employers must mail IRS Forms W-2 by 1/31/2012. Each agency has their own practice with regard to delivering Forms W-2. Contact your agency payroll office for specifics on delivery.
Did you transfer agencies within 2011?
Wages for all agencies are reported on one W-2.

Employees of the State of Oregon who worked for more than one agency during 2011 have income from all agencies reported on one W-2 (provided all agencies use the Oregon Statewide Payroll Application).
