IT Investment and Planning (ITIP) leads statewide IT planning and budgeting; develops and implements state IT management strategies, rules, policies, standards and processes.

ITIP is also responsible for the state's IT portfolio and asset management program, and supporting the State CIO and various IT-related governance bodies.
