Flexibility
Forms Factory is a very flexible option for state agencies. The service is designed as an ala-carte menu, where agencies choose unit-priced e-forms and services that fit their particular business needs.
If agencies have in-house resources for e-form design, development, implementation and data extraction, they simply access the e-form pricing agreement (see below). Or, agencies can choose to have Forms Factory handle everything, and they just enjoy a data stream directly into their systems. Forms factory supports these two extremes and everything in between.

Low-cost Licensing and Maintenance
Through Forms Factory, Adobe e-form licenses are offered at more than 70% off of Adobe list and 50% off of state rates. Maintenance fees are as much as 80% off. A price comparison is shown in the table below.

Local Support
Key to successful implementation of e-forms is knowledgeable and accessible support. Forms Factory relies on a local company (Saber Software, Inc.) to work with agencies on developing requirements and statements of work, creating project timelines and cost estimates, and providing on-going support of products and services purchased through Forms Factory. Agencies using Forms Factory have access to the Forms Factory Help Desk and can participate in mailing lists, user groups, and e-form seminars.
